Ehud Shaked, CEO
Mr. Ehud Shaked brings over 20 years of comprehensive management experience in complex hardware and ASIC design projects. His experience encompasses all aspects of ASIC development cycle: from requirements, research, and specifications to architecture, verification, and project delivery. Ehud is a field expert in low power chip design, architecture, and definition for mobile application such as UMTS, LTE, and MDTV standards baseband processor design, as well as mobile application processor design, communication systems, and RF system development.
Prior to founding Inomize in 2007, Ehud has co-founded Siano Mobile Silicon, a provider of highly integrated silicon receiver chips for mobTV (MDTV) and terrestrial TV (DTT) markets, where he held multiple positions as VLSI director, system architect, project manager and more. Earlier in his career, Ehud held numerous senior engineering and executive positions at Modem Art, Emblaze Semiconductor, Comverse, and Innowave.
Mr. Avi Shaco brings over 30 years of vast knowledge and experience in development of advanced computing and communications systems, as well as in designing SOC devices. Avi has a proven ability to institute and manage a multidisciplinary development team and execute projects efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining Inomize, Avi held a VP R&D position at Runcom Technologies, a pioneer in developing advanced communication systems based on OFDMA technology. Before that, he was R&D manager at Powercom, which specializes in developing a complete system of remote meter reading based on power line communication. Avi also served as director of R&D at ASP, an American company that develops products for sharing printers by multiple users. Avi holds B.sc degree from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. Yuval Bechori brings an extensive knowledge and working experience in development management that gained while managing large semiconductor, and R&D organizations for the last 20 years. While working at DSP Group, Yuval managed and directed projects of varying scale and complexity, as well as the group's entire chip development operation. This includes digital, RF, and analog product lines. While serving in multiple high-rank executive positions at DSP - Corporate VP, PMO Office General Manager, IC division General Manager, Chip Design Development Group Manager - Yuval led the group's major operations, including silicon development, software integration, and customer support.
Yuval holds an MBA from Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and BSc degree in Electronic Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. David Wolf has over 20 years experience in forming partnerships and managing an extensive worldwide client base. In his current position at Inomize, David coordinates, directs,
and handles all aspects of business relations. He successfully integrates a comprehensive professional knowledge of the field, along with business experience deriving from his familiarity of international consumers, manufacturers, and vendors.
As one of the founders of Siano Mobile Silicon, David established and managed the company’s field application group while leading software and hardware teams in the field.
Prior to that, David was employed as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Adimos Systems, Floware/Alvarion, and ECI. He holds a BSc degree from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Business Administration & Financing from Manchester University.

Mr. Tzvika Shaked brings over 20 years of comprehensive management experience in operations and complex hardware design projects.
In his current position at Inomize, Tzvika manage Verisense activity and the operations of the Inomize-Verisense group.
Prior to founding Inomize in 2007, Tzvika has co-founded Siano Mobile Silicon, and established the HW development group.
Earlier in his career, Tzvika worked at Modem Art and Motorola Communication.
Tzvika holds B.sc degree from Ben-Gurion University.
