In a typical project Verisense will provide an experienced project manager, and a team of individuals with varying degrees of experience based on customer requirements and budget. The teams work mainly out of the Verisense offices in Jerusalem with frequent visits to the customer site as required. Based on customer needs, Verisense has the ability to work also with different models.

Local team gives customer ultimate control over the project with no need to deal with long distance travel and coordination, time zones, cultural or language issues- Since each team is managed by an experienced project manager the overhead to the customer is minimal, as there is one key contact focal point
